Dierks Bentley and one of his daughters shared a special bonding moment on stage at a recent Indianapolis concert. When it was time for Bentley to perform his song, "Different For Girls," he called a special helper up on stage. Evelyn "Evie" Day Bentley stepped up to help her dad out.
"Different For Girls" is a duet with "Ex's and Oh's" singer, Elle King, and is featured on Bentley's latest album, Black.
"Normally, this would be the part where Elle King sings with me, but she's not here," Bentley explains to the crowd. "But I did meet a young fan backstage who wants to come up and sing Elle's part."
That's when his eldest daughter comes out to stand in for King.
Evie looks completely comfortable on stage with her dad. This isn't Evie's first time joining him on stage, though. She's performed with him multiple times on Bentley's song, "Thinking Of You."
Bentley's kids (Evie, daughter Jordan, and 2-year-old son Knox) are all huge fans of their dad and his music. In fact, he recently revealed that his three children know the words to all of his songs and sing along to them all the time.
Bentley is currently on his Somewhere On A Beach Tour which wraps up on Oct 28 in Lexington, Ky.
