Truman Yardley, 24, was working at a construction site in Cedar City on Tuesday, October 27, when the fatal accident occurred.
Emergency responders arrived at approximately 10:20 a.m. local time and found Yardley "struck and pinned" beneath the vehicle.

According to preliminary investigation findings, Yardley had bent down to grease an excavator bucket when a dump truck operated by a fellow employee reversed into him.
Authorities reportedly requested assistance from Intermountain Life Flight, but emergency responders determined that Yardley had already succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators described the incident as a "tragic accident" and confirmed that they would not pursue charges against anyone involved.
"Iron County Sheriff's Office has concluded their investigation into this tragic incident and will not be issuing any citations," police spokesperson Cassie Meredith said.
However, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has launched a separate investigation into the construction company and the circumstances surrounding Yardley's death.
Pregnant Wife Pays Heartbreaking Tribute to Late Husband
Following the tragedy, Yardley's family launched a GoFundMe fundraiser to support his wife, Lexi, who is nine months pregnant with their first child.
Within three days, the fundraiser had raised more than $62,000 toward its $80,000 goal.
"Lexi is expecting their baby any day now. Truman was the provider for the family," the description reads. "Please donate anything you can to help Lexi out while she figures out life without her husband."
Speaking to KSL-TV, Lexi revealed that the couple were expecting a baby in approximately two weeks.
She also reflected on their relationship and a recent anniversary trip they had enjoyed together.
"Nobody loved me more perfectly than he did," she said. "He showed me exactly how I should be treated and how our daughter should be treated."
"We were just so excited. We got to go on a cruise and just have a moment where just the two of us knew. He was just so excited to be a dad."
