Liddell, 56, filed an emergency custody order in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday requesting full custody of his 14-year-old daughter Guinevere.
Liddell alleges that Heidi kidnapped their daughter after realizing that her desire to move Guinevere and their 13-year-old daughter Charlie would not be fulfilled before the school year started. According to court documents, the UFC icon alleges that Guinevere was abducted during his week to be with her and that Hedi has "no intent to return her."
Liddell also alleges Heidi violated other court orders, including not using the co-parenting communication app and failing to bring Guinevere to extracurricular activities.

The former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion stated that Guinevere would suffer "irreparable harm" for missing the first week of school. He also added that she could lose the roster spot on the school's volleyball team that she earned this summer.
Additionally, given how close the teenage sisters are, Liddell said that the ongoing custody battle is causing "instability and chaos for both" kids.
Heidi and Liddell were married for 14 years and finalized their divorce in April 2025. Heidi denied Liddell's allegations, telling TMZ she "never abducted anyone."
"For the past 5 years after our divorce, Chuck has been obsessed with staying in my life. And trying to control me," she said, and added that the children "don't feel safe speaking up to him at this point."
"My door has always been open for my kids to see Chuck. I never abducted anyone," she also said.
A court hearing is scheduled for Aug. 24.
