The Turnpike Troubadours have canceled 12 of their shows that were scheduled for November. The Oklahoma-based band made the announcement on social media on Oct. 30, citing "a situation that needs our complete attention."
"The love we share with our entire team: our band members, road crew, business team and fan base feels very much like family. When one of us is down, we are there to lift them up and help them down the road. Right now, we have a situation that needs our complete attention," the band wrote. "For the time being, we need to put our tour on hold through November 29th, and make sure our family member is able to address something much more important than our ability to perform live...We love all of you from the bottom of our heart and hope to get back to doing what we all love, which is making and performing our music for you -- our extended family -- as soon as possible."

The band hasn't shared any more details about the reason for the cancellations.
The canceled shows included stops in Chicago, St. Louis and several dates in Texas. Recently, the group canceled their Oct. 26 show in Bossier City, La. and their Oct. 27 concert in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Their next scheduled appearance is on Nov. 30 at ACL Live at the Moody Theater in Austin, Texas.
The Turnpike Troubadours released their most recent album, A Long Way From Your Heart, last year.
