People have wondered about what might be going on with that. Now some gasoline has been added to the fire. Suri has reportedly legally changed her last name. She ditched the name Cruise and goes by Suri Noelle instead, per Page Six.

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise Were Married for Six Years Before Divorcing
Suri is 20 years old. Her mom is actress Katie Holmes, who was married to Tom Cruise from 2006 to 2012. (Noelle happens to be Holmes' middle name.) Per ABC News, when Holmes and Cruise split for good, they released a joint statement that said both of them were "committed to working together as parents ro accomplishing what is in our daughter Suri's best interests."
Suri was born on April 18, 2006 in Santa Monica, California.
Suri Registered To Vote Almost Two Years Ago With the Last Name Noelle
The outlet reported that she registered to vote almost two years ago in Pennsylvania with the name Suri Noelle. Doing so is an indication that it was legally her name. It is unclear exactly where or when she made the legal change. Suri was a resident of New York prior to relocating to Pennsylvania, where she attends Carnegie-Mellon University.
The name change does not seem to be a new idea for Suri. Per the outlet, "...[S]he first made headlines for not using his [Cruise's] surname in the ceremony pamphlet of her graduation from LaGuardia High School in June 2024."
She Is Apparently Interested in Acting
Like her mom and dad, Suri Noelle seems to be eager to be interested in acting. She played Morticia Addams in The Addams Family: A New Musical back in high school. Suri "is now studying musical theater in CMU's school of drama," according to Page Six.
She nabbed other gigs as well. Four months ago, Suri participated in a reading at the New Hazlett Theater in Pittsburgh. Suri Noelle is also heading the cast of Midsummer shortly at another Pittsburgh venue.
