Timothy Olyphant Unleashes His Kenergy With New Bleach Blonde Look

Raylan Givens has blonde ambition.

Of all the stars in Tinseltown, Timothy Olyphant has always seemed like one of the best hangs. Take one listen to the Justified: City Primeval star's unhinged appearances on his best friend Conan O'Brien's podcast and you'll see what we mean. Now, it appears Olyphant is having even more fun: The actor was spotted rocking a bleach blonde new 'do on the SAG-AFTRA picket lines, swapping his customary salt-and-pepper coiffure for a bottle blonde look straight out of the Barbie movie.

The snapshot, which shows Olyphant donning a "SAG-AFTRA STRONG" t-shirt and holding up the union's official strike sign, is making the rounds on social media. Fans are comparing Olyphant's dye job to Ryan Gosling's similarly acidic look as Ken in Greta Gerwig's Barbie. "He's kenough," one user wrote. "Is this him subtly suggesting to Greta Gerwig that he plays Kens dad in Barbie 2?" another commented.

Other users chimed in with comparisons to Billy Idol and Sting. One commenter joked that Olyphant's blonde hairstyle looks suspiciously like that of Boyd Holbrook's Justified: City Primeval villain Clement Mansell: "Oh s—... looks like Olyphant kills Holbrook and then takes his identity. Thanks for spoikering the end of City Primeval."

The SAG-AFTRA strike, which began on July 14 and remains in full swing, was called a week before Olyphant's long-anticipated return as Raylan Givens in Justified: City Primeval, currently airing on FX and Hulu. Olyphant was among the actors showing their support on the picket lines on day one of the strike. He told Deadline at the time, "All I know is I'm sad I'm here but I'm happy I'm here, it's the right thing to do and I hope we get everything we're asking for like we should."

Olyphant's daughter Vivian Olyphant, who plays Raylan's daughter Willa in Justified: City Primeval, was also spotted picketing earlier this summer. The 20-year-old actress joined a SAG-AFTRA rally alongside her onscreen mom Natalie Zea, who played Winona in the original Justified. Zea posted a photo of the pair on the picket line, followed by the cheeky caption, "Two girls, who are exactly the same age, looking cute on a picket line."
