Former quarterback for the Denver Broncos, Tim Tebow, and his wife, Miss Universe 2017, Demi-Leigh Tebow, have announced they are expecting their first baby. At 16 weeks pregnant, the couple is over the moon with excitement, expressing love for each other and their coming baby.

Tim and Demi-Leigh sat down with PEOPLE, announcing their pregnancy just as they posted a video of their public announcement on Instagram. The video, which shows the couple laughing and showing ultrasound pictures reads: "Baby Tebow."

Tim himself is looking forward to welcoming their baby, and said he is "honored for the privilege of getting the responsibility and the joy of being mom and dad."
The couple, who married in 2020, is furtherly happy knowing that they have each other, saying that they couldn't think of a better partner to go through this journey. "To be able to raise a little tiny human being together. I'm so grateful that Tim is my husband... that we get to do parenting together," Demi-Leigh said.
First Time Parents
Becoming a parent for the very first time can be something that can catch you off guard. To Tim Tebow, the idea of being a father has not "settled in completely," but he feels strong knowing he has Dim-Leigh by his side. "When I'm with her and I see the belly growing, then it just becomes so real," Tim said.
The couple then exchanged compliments with each other, knowing that the journey ahead will just solidify their relationship even further. "She will be extremely loyal and loving. Demi is someone that is extremely determined," Tim said. "When she sets her mind to something, she goes all the way in — and I know that she will do that as a mom, too."
Demi-Leigh believes her husband is "extremely gracious" and that he will be a "great dad." "Our Savior gave us the ultimate amount of grace, and I see Tim live that out as a walking example every single day," Demi-Leigh said. "That is something that will be so instrumental."
