Tim McGraw, Faith Hill + Two of Their Daughters Color Coordinate on ACM Honors Red Carpet

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill brought two special dates to the 2023 ACM Honors.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill brought special dates on Wednesday (Aug. 23) to the 2023 ACM Honors red carpet: their two youngest daughters, 25-year-old Maggie and 21-year-old Audrey. The couple's eldest child, 26-year-old Gracie, now lives in Los Angeles, where she chases her musical theater dreams.

The family was color coordinated, with Audrey's white gown and black locks syncing with Tim's dressed-down cowboy formal wear. Maggie looks more like Hill, as both wore black dresses that made their red lipstick pop.

It was a rare family night out now that McGraw and Hill's three children all live away from home.

"We figured it out," McGraw told Apple Music 1's Zane Lowe about his empty nest adjustment period. "The first six months was a little rough when our youngest daughter finally moved out. The first six months were rough, and it's always rough for a mom, of course, but after about six months, it was like, "Turn the music on, light some candles," because we got a thing and we were talking, we got married, and I'm not going to do the math, but we had a kid pretty quickly after we got married, and so we didn't really have a lot of time to know each other. We'd only been together for nine months or so dating, and we got married, had a baby, and now it's like we're kind of on our second honeymoon... but we're enjoying it. Now when the kids come home, it's like, if they're there for five days or so, we're like...Don't you have somewhere to go? Mom and dad need a little candlelight time."

Neither time nor geographic distance has broken the bonds forged by all five members of the family.

"We have a confidence in our life, we have a confidence in our foundation, and all of this could go away, and we're perfectly happy with five of us, we are," McGraw explained. "We're a really tight family. My youngest daughter, she's 21, and when she was in high school, she started a family text that we would all say goodnight to each other, and now it's turned into 50, 60 texts a day from all five of us sending videos and saying I love you. There's nothing like it, that's your foundation and when you have a great foundation, family foundation, that allows you to soar, that allows you all kinds of freedom."
