Tim McGraw and Daughter Meet With Prince Harry

Country star Tim McGraw, wife Faith Hill and their 16-year-old daughter Maggie traveled to Washington D.C. earlier this week for a special meeting with Prince Harry at the White House.

The British royal was in town to promote the 2016 Invictus Games, a yearly Paralympic-style event played by current or former armed services personnel who are wounded or disabled.

This photo, posted on Tim McGraw’s Instagram, was snapped during a party thrown by McGraw to celebrate Prince Harry’s day-long visit to the States to promote the upcoming Invictus Games. The games were  launched by Prince Harry in 2014 and will be held in May 2016 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

McGraw and Hill were invited to the special occasion due to their longstanding efforts to support military veterans and their families. It’s obvious from the picture that the surprising pair had a great time during the special event, which hoped to shine a spotlight on the difficulties and challenges that veterans worldwide face each day.
