Thomas Rhett's oldest daughter, 5-year-old Willa Gray, achieved a big country living milestone during a Memorial Day weekend trip to the lake with one of her parents' famous friends.
"Thanks uncle Luke for helping Willa Gray catch her first snapper," Rhett writes in the caption of his social media post.
The post shows Willa Gray with fishing buddy Luke Bryan. It got a hearty "hell yeah" response from Dad and Uncle Luke's fellow country singer, Luke Combs.
Last summer, Rhett had Instagram abuzz with photos from a family trip to Colorado with Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard and his wife, Hayley.
Willa Gray's the big sister of Rhett and his wife Lauren Akins' other daughters, Ada James (age 3) and Lennon Love (age 1). The couple announced in May that they're expecting a fourth baby girl. Rhett broke the news during a show at Billy Bob's Texas.
Rhett, the son of country music artist and Nashville songwriter Thomas Rhett Akins Sr., wed Lauren in 2012. Their marriage culminated a love story that began when the couple met in first grade and reached its final lap when Thomas wrote "marry me?" on a wine bottle.
As most fans now know, Lauren was the inspiration and star of the music video for Rhett's breakthrough hit single "Die A Happy Man," from the 2016 album Tangled Up.

The couple adopted oldest daughter Willa Gray from Uganda in 2017.
