Thomas Rhett’s career has skyrocketed this year, but the young star may reach greater heights in 2017. On Wednesday, the “Die a Happy Man” singer announced his first-ever headlining tour.

The Home Team tour will kick off in 2017, with support from Kelsea Ballerini and rising singers Russell Dickerson and Ryan Hurd. Rhett has spent the past six years as a support act for a number of artists, including Jason Aldean and Toby Keith.

In a video posted to Rhett’s Twitter account on Wednesday (Sept. 28), the singer explained that he’s doing it all for the fans. “This is not about me, this is about them,” said Rhett. “They are the ones that welcome us out every day into their cities, their towns, their radio stations and t.v. stations. For us, everyday is a road game. They are the home team.”
