Aquatic daredevils should add this incredible new pool to their must-visit lists.
Builders are in the midst of creating Embassy Gardens, a 2,000-home complex in London, which will have a very special feature. Residents will be able to swim in a "sky pool", which will hover 10 stories above the ground.
The pool is being built with 8-inch-thick glass making it look like it's hovering in the air. It's the first of its kind and will only be accessible to the building's residents.
"My vision for the Sky Pool stemmed from a desire to push the boundaries in the capability of construction and engineering," Ballymore Group CEO Sean Mulryan told The Guardian. "I wanted to do something that had never been done before. The Sky Pool's transparent structure is the result of significant advancements in technologies over the last decade. The experience of the pool will be truly unique; it will feel like floating through the air in central London."
Homes inside this innovative complex will become move-in ready by 2018. You can find out more information about the building and it's amazing pool at Homes and Property.
