A country duo's backstage snack list includes stuff on it to make just about anyone think they're in store for a 12-Year-Old's birthday party instead of a honky tonk beatdown.

Brothers John and TJ Osborne, who comprise the fittingly titled Deale, Maryland-based country outfit Brothers Osbourn, have a few standard-issue sh—kicker items on their pre-show snacks, like liquor and energy drinks.
However, the "Weed, Whiskey, and Willie" duo also has a bit of a sweet tooth. The sort that might take you back to your middle school days...
"You know, that's amazing. We keep our tour rider quite simple. It's usually just like a lot of energy drinks, a lot of liquor, peanut M&M's, and maybe like a bag of potato chips," TJ recently told Taste of Country.
Some throwback candy is also on the list... but the country duo blames their tour crew for it. Not that they're complaining.
"We have these Nerds Clusters, and that's not from us, but it's like our crew," John told the outlet.
"I don't know how they ended up on there," TJ shot back before John added, "I don't know either, and I'm kind of glad they did."
Country Duo Brothers Osbourn Admit an Added Perk of Tour Snack List Fit for a 12-Year-Old's Birthday Party
The "It Ain't My Fault" duo confessed that anyone who caught a glance at the snack list might think they were the New Kids on the Block circa 1990 rather than a country music duo.
"I mean, if you look at half of our rider, you would think, 'Is this band 12 years old?'" John joked. "But they're pretty awesome."
It seems the tour's favorite snack, Nerd Clusters, also has an added benefit beyond satisfying a sweet craving: an energy boost for a hard-working road crew.
"You know, our crew, who's kind of walking around all day, they just pop a few Nerds Clusters. It's just like straight sugar to the vein, and then they go," John explained.
Hmmm... It's starting to be more and more apparent why the candy remains on the tour snack list.
You know, with a snack list of energy drinks, liquor, peanut M&M's, potato chips, and Nerds Clusters, maybe the country duo could write a fun song to counter stuff like their track "Born and Raised Hell." Something that embodies a night spent munching chips and Nerds while knocking back liquor and energy drinks, all while cranking out some country tunes at the local roadhouse.
Maybe something like, "Honky Tonk Cluster F—."
Okay, maybe not.
The country duo's new album, Watertown, dropped on Oct. 23.
