New South Wales Police announced on
social media on Sep. 1 that authorities are trying to locate Gallagher. As PEOPLE reports, the Below Deck star is wanted on an outstanding warrant in Sydney.The 28-year-old Gallagher was slated to return to court today. He was granted conditional bail after his arrest for an alleged assault last December.
Authorities said that the reality star is "believed to be offshore" and is "known to frequent the Ermington and Melrose Park areas." NSW Police describe him as "being of Caucasian appearance," about 5'4 and "with a medium build."
Those who may know Gallagher's location are urged to contact Ryde Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
Gallagher Was Charged With Three Offenses Last Year
The Below Deck star's initial arrest took place on Dec. 27, 2025. He allegedly assaulted a 29-year-old woman the previous day. Police say the woman did not suffer any serious injuries.
Gallagher was then taken to Gladesville Police Station. He was charged with three offenses related to domestic violence. According to authorities, the charges include assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally choking a person without consent, and common assault.
The reality star was initially denied bail the following day. He was then granted conditional bail and ordered to appear at Burwood Local Court on Jan. 15, 2026.
Last month, Gallagher admitted in a statement that he has "made mistakes." He also claimed he has "evidence" that provides additional context surrounding the events that led to last year's arrest.
"I don't believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened," said Gallagher. He added that "what has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation."
As Below Deck Mediterranean fans know, Gallagher and costar Gael Cameron were romantically involved. He also shared in his statement that he was working on a way to co-parent his son with Cameron.
