Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton seem to be doing very well these days. The pair first crossed paths as coaches on The Voice 12 years ago. In fact, Stefani just helped Shelton celebrate his 50th birthday with a very special and meaningful gift.

Gwen Stefani, 56, put together a bunch of vintage pics of Blake Shelton going back to his boyhood, with a few more recent ones as well. We also get a glimpse of the two cuddling cozily. The soundtrack is fittingly a duet they did, "Happy Anywhere." There is also some footage of traditional birthday items, such as balloons, flowers, and of course, the numbers 5-0. She additionally wrote, "Happy birthday @blakeshelton I love you !!!!!!!"
He Paid Her a Big Compliment Recently
Shelton went to see No Doubt rocking it out at the Sphere in Las Vegas. He posted a video of himself watching her with undisguised glee on Instagram. He also wrote fondly, "So proud of my wife @gwenstefani and the @nodoubt guys for working their a---- off and putting on this hell of a show.. finally got a night off to see it.. un-freakin-real."
The "Sangria" Singer Talked Emotionally About Their Relationship
In May 2025, Blake Shelton spoke lovingly about his relationship with Gwen Stefani. The couple was then marking a decade of togetherness. He told People at the time, "It honestly does [feel like time is flying by]. Some of the things that we talk about, we're to the point in our relationship that it's like, 'Oh, remember what happened...' and you realize, 'Oh my God, that was 8 years ago!' It's like, how did this happen so quickly?"
He clarified, "I feel like that might be the key to happiness, is that it feels just as exciting and new and happy."
