We’re all looking for the secret to a long life. The world’s oldest woman alive might just have the answer.

116-year-old Emma Morano of Italy has a surprising daily diet. Morano eats the same exact thing every day — two raw eggs and cookies. To be honest, we were hoping it was bacon and ice cream. The cookies don’t sound so bad, though.

While Morano does suffer from health conditions like anemia that require her to follow an obscure diet, she’s been eating raw eggs for years. The supercentenarian has overcome many health obstacles, and is now in great health for her age. Her doctor, Carlo Bava, told AFP in an interview that, “despite everything, she always recovers.”

Morano was born on Nov. 29, 1899, and was one of eight children in her family. Later in life, she settled in the lakeshore town of Verbania where she worked in a factory making jute (or burlap) sacks. She still resides in the town today and has claimed the spot as the oldest person in Italian history.

She also has another secret to a long life. In her own words, Morano says that she attributes being single to her longevity. Her professed unhappy marriage ended in 1938, and she’s been living the single life ever since. She claims to have had many suitors during her lifetime, but chose to remain alone. “I didn’t want to be dominated by anyone,” she told the New York Times in 2015.

So, there you have it. If you want to live well into your 100’s, eat raw eggs, live in a stunning lakeside community and never marry.
