The Outrageous Number of Women One Rolling Stones Member Says He Slept With

Since the group's inception in 1962, The Rolling Stones, like most rock stars, have experienced plenty of sleepless nights and wild adventures.

Comprised of members Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood, the London-based band has endured drug busts, near-death experiences, and countless rowdy tours together.

Along the journey, the rebellious band members have had more than a few love interests. In "The Rolling Stones: The Biography," Bob Spitz chronicles the band's decades-long career and details that one band member had an epic sex life that lives up to the band's name.

"The Stones have always been known for their offstage behavior," Spitz told Fox News Digital. "They got together at one point — when they were older men — Bill Wyman, Keith Richards and Mick Jagger — to decide how many women they had slept with over the years. A shocking number."

"Bill stopped counting at about 1,800," Spitz claimed. "He had kept a journal with the name of every woman he had spent the night with. Mick thought his total was in the hundreds. Keith counted four on his fingers. So, when you look at them as a promiscuous band, you have to put things into perspective. Keith, who was the baddest of bad boys, turned out to be the most romantic of the Stones."

Given that The Rolling Stones have been famous for nearly 65 years, it isn't surprising that romance found the band members more than once. Still, 1,800 feels like a high tally, even for a rock star.

Such is life on the wild side, I suppose.

Rolling Stones Singer Opens Up on Romance

Despite their impressive track record with the ladies, Mick Jagger recently admitted that fame has not spared him from being ghosted from time to time.

During an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe on Wednesday, July 8, the legendary rocker explained how ghosting inspired his new song, "Back in Your Life."

"I just came up with these lyrics really quickly," Jagger, 82, said.

"It's a classic story of meeting a woman, and then you have a very quick fling with her. Then she ghosts you," he said with a laugh. "So that's the story."

Jagger admitted that the emotional ballad derives from personal experiences.

Despite engaging with hundreds of sexual partners, not even Jagger could win over every lady he came across.
