It looks like the Amityville Horror House isn't the only famous home to hit the market this week. A gorgeous Alhambra, CA home with some pretty cool film history is up for sale as well. The stunning abode has in fact been featured in The Father of the Bride (starring Steve Martin and Kimberly Williams), and while the interior wasn't used for the film, the exterior was.
You may remember this basketball court where Annie and her dad shot hoops in the film. Yes, it's all still the original.
The wedding scene was also filmed at this location.
For $1.9 million, the famous home could be all yours! "The house is gorgeous, great character home, great family home," listing agent Ann Gluck of COMPASS told ABC News of The Father of the Bride home. "To have all of that and a starring role in such a well-loved film is icing on the cake!"
The entire house was also used for the Ashton Kutcher and Bernie Mac movie, Guess Who. The colonial-style home is a whopping 4,397-square-foot with four bedroom and four bathrooms. It's just as beautiful inside as it is on the outside.
This modern and classic kitchen features white marble countertops, gold hardware, and a giant island for entertaining. I bet you could fit a lot of hot dog buns in this incredible space.
Whoever ends up being the new owners of this incredible house will be lucky indeed!
