Blake Shelton has shared a fact about himself he thinks his fans will find surprising. But honestly, he approaches his 'surprising' hobby in a very country boy way.

Thanks to his album, Blake Shelton has been all over the place, talking to different outlets and visiting different talk shows. He recently sat down with CMT to share a bunch of facts about himself, the album, and his personal life.
Shelton reiterated that he actually does everything that he sings about. He fishes and engages in farming at home, and even shares these hobbies with his wife, Gwen Stefani. One of these hobbies that they share is flower planting.
That's right, Blake Shelton enjoys planting flowers with his wife. Are you surprised? He thought you might be. But when you see how he tackles flower farming, you won't be surprised one bit.
"I think fans would be surprised to know that I am a struggling flower gardener," he shared. "Struggling. It's something that Gwen and I do together."
The outlet shared a couple of videos of him planting flowers (just in case you didn't believe him). But here's what he does that makes it hilariously country.

"But, you know if I'm going to plant flowers, I want to do, like, 10 acres of flowers, so I can use my equipment," he shared.
There it is. He can't just plant some flowers and admire the view. He has to plant acres, so he can use his "tractors, [and] really tear some crap up."
I mean, I perfectly understand wanting to take any excuse you can get to use your farming equipment. It's what they're there for, right?
Unfortunately, despite using his tractors to plant thousands of flowers, it doesn't seem to be going very well.
"So far, not so good," he said with a toothy grin.
I do hope he shares the progress of his flower planting. Fields and meadows of flowers are such a stunning sight. And I'd especially like to see the ten damn acres of flowers that Blake Shelton couldn't resist sowing.
