You Can Stay the Night in This Revamped Small Town Texas Jail

If you've ever wanted to live like an outlaw for a night, here's your chance.

The decades-old jail in small town Clifton, Texas has been transformed into a truly unique hotel. The Cell Block allows visitors to spend the night behind bars, while still enjoying all the comforts of home.

This tiny square building used to be the holding place for the town drunk or vandal. Now, it's been transformed into a private getaway.

The building still has it's iron gates, but now they are more of a design element than a safety precaution. They now separate the sleek bathroom, living space and sleeping area.

A cozy couch and dresser make this once barren room seem quaint.

No uncomfortable cots here. Just a nice, fluffy bed to help you catch some z's.

Of course, you might have a hard time sleeping with the shadow of the bars hitting you. But if you need a bit of liquid courage, you can get a complimentary sip of The Cell Block's own Tempranillo wine.

Yes, the bathroom is basic but has all the necessities. Plus, you don't have to share it with an unruly cellmate.

Are you up for the challenge? You can find out more about this unique destination here.
