Sydney Sweeney may be in the middle of promoting her line of lingerie, but that doesn't mean she doesn't have time to support her family.

The Euphoria actress recently took time out of her busy schedule to wish her brother well on her Instagram Stories as he serves in the Air Force.
What Did Sydney Sweeney Say to Her Brother?
In that post, Sweeney honored her brother and all who serve in the military. She shared a screenshot of a video call, smiling at her brother, Trent, who is in uniform and smiling back.
"Receiving calls from my bro always make me happy when he's deployed," she wrote. "Thinking of all our boys and girls overseas and sending my love! Thank you for your service :)."
According to the New York Post, Sweeney's brother has served in the Air Force since 2020. He started in a munitions squadron. He was promoted to the rank of staff sergeant in Aug. 2025.
He has served overseas several times. It's unclear if his current deployment relates to the war in Iran.
Does Sweeney Support the Conflict in Iran?
While her love for her family members and her support of the military are obvious, Sweeney's position on the conflict is not. She is currently focused on promoting her lingerie line SYRN. Her feed is currently filled with sultry snaps of her wearing the brand.
Last year, controversy swirled around the slogan for Sweeney's ad campaign for American Eagle. It read, "Sydney Sweeney has great jeans." It certainly left a lot open to interpretation.
During the uproar, President Donald Trump swooned over the actress, who, according to him, is a "registered Republican."
He added in a social post, "The tide has seriously turned — Being WOKE is for losers, being Republican is what you want to be."
Sweeney was surprised by the reaction to the ad campaign. She spoke about why she did it late last year.
"I did it because I love the jeans and love the brand," she said. "I don't support the views some people chose to connect to the campaign. Many have assigned motives and labels to me that just aren't true."
She added, "Anyone who knows me knows that I'm always trying to bring people together. I'm against hate and divisiveness. In the past, my stance has been to never respond to negative or positive press, but recently I have come to realize that my silence regarding this issue has only widened the divide, not closed it."
