Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana, sliced


  • In two small jars place the oats, chia seeds, chopped strawberries and almond milk. Stir to combine and chill overnight in the fridge.
  • In the morning top with the banana and any remaining strawberries. Add more milk if desired. Serve.


These oats take about 6-8 hours to fully "cook" in the fridge.
Top with bananas and strawberries for an extra punch of fruit.
