Steven Tyler seems to be popping up all around Nashville, Tenn. these days.
He announced plans for a country-oriented solo album earlier this year and has been calling the Music City home while he records. He recently released his first country single, "Love Is Your Name," and has been appearing at numerous country concerts and events in the past few months. It's only logical Tyler would be the latest country star to make an appearance on the ABC drama revolving around the music capital.
During the season premiere of ABC's Nashville on Sept. 23, Tyler made a special appearance alongside main character Juliette Barnes. He joined mid-song as Barnes, played by Hayden Panettiere, for a rendition of Patsy Cline's "Crazy". It was a fitting choice for the female character who's spinning out of control due to what seems to be a case of postpartum depression.
Although it's far from the best version of Cline's classic, it was a nice moment of musical relief from an episode filled with personal drama. Click below to watch Steven Tyler's special performance during the season premiere of Nashville.
