Steve Moakler and Wife Gracie Are Expecting Their First Child

Just two days after announcing the return of his Hometowns & Campgrounds Tour, country music singer/songwriter Steve Moakler shared the exciting news through an Instagram post that he and his wife Gracie are expecting their first child together.

"Well team ... It looks like we've got a 3rd passenger coming on the road this year," Moakler captioned the photo of himself and his smiling wife. "It's gonna be bumpin' #DadJokes" Gracie posted the same photo on her personal Instagram account, writing, "Sooo it turns out cakes aren't the only thing I've been baking this year. We cannot even get over how excited we are to meet this little human!! Gonna have a third passenger on our camper tour this year."

The happy couple and soon-to-be parents married in 2013, and Gracie immediately joined Steve on tour. She fronted his merchandise booth while selling her handmade jewelry, and the two lived on a small budget. Steve marked the experience with a song and video for "Suitcase" that starred Gracie herself.

Steve also drew on his experiences on the road for his new song commissioned by Mack Trucks to reflect a trucker's life called "Born Ready." The song is part of his newest album, also called Born Ready, that he released this year.

Born Ready marks the fourth full-length album for Steve Moakler who has also written tracks for famous country musicians like Dierks Bentley, Jake Owen, Kellie Pickler and Eric Church. Fans who want to catch him (and Gracie) out on the road should sign up on Moakler's website to receive news about his upcoming Hometowns & Campgrounds Tour where he will pull up in an Airstream to play shows in intimate outdoor settings.
