Station 19 star Noah Alexander Gerry has been booked for vandalism and graffiti charges. As reported by People, the alleged incident happened on Monday, July 13.
The Burbank Police Department explained that the 28-year-old actor was seen by a witness applying graffiti to a wall in a wash basin. The alleged incident happened at around 4:45 pm in Parish Place and Pacific Avenue.
The specific charges he was booked on were damage/vandalism of a property exceeding $400, as well as possession of graffiti tools.
Burbank Lieutenant Brent Fekety said that "there were two people that were in the wash. A witness was observing at least one of them apply paint," he explained. "Officers arrived and detained both individuals, and one was arrested for applying graffiti to the wall, and that one person was Noah Gerry."
Fekety further alleged that Gerry "applied a name to a wall which he alleged was a nickname of a friend that he was with." However, "the word that the officers found applied to the wall was 'Alec'."
Gerry is known for playing Joey Phillips on the now-cancelled ABC series Station 19. The show ran for 6 seasons before being cancelled. He is a decorated actor, also having had roles in Fuller House, Grown-ish, A.N.T. Farm, Henry Danger, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, and Grey's Anatomy.
But his current job, according to the arrest records, was listed as musician.

The 'Station 19' Star Founded an Art Collective
However, Noah's longtime manager, Susie Mains, has defended him. "Noah is an outstanding person and a true professional. He can play any role, including a bad boy, but he is not that in real life. He is a true creative and artist."
She went on to say that Gerry was a founding member of an art collective called GAG!. It stands for the Gallery Attendance Gallery.
The collective describes itself as "an art collective formed by gallery attendants in response to the contemporary art world." They also said they were "the longest inside joke, gagging at the results."
Mains also explained that Gerry "does not encourage or participate in illegal or dangerous activities. In this case, it seems to have been a misunderstanding."
