Elijah Blue Allman has been arrested for the second time in one weekend. The son of Cher and the late Gregg Allman was arrested on Sunday, March 1. According to People, the Police were responding to a report of a break-in, which involved forced entry.

"The man was reportedly outside the back door, dispatch said," local news outlet Patch reported. "The suspect then used loppers to break a window to gain access to the home, according to an affidavit."
Upon arriving at the scene, police arrested Allman "without incident."
"After the police arrived, they followed footsteps around the property and then entered the home," Patch reported. "They identified the burglary suspect as Allman, who was "seated on the living room couch, smoking a cigarette," a report stated. Allman complied with an officer's commands and was handcuffed."
In the same report from Patch, they noted that Allman had dropped a lit cigarette on a rug inside of the home, causing in roughly $1000 worth of damage. The outlet also noted that the damage done to the door by Allman is estimated to be roughly $1700. As such, the value of the damage amounts to a felony charge.
Elijah Blue Allman Was Previously Arrested in Concord on Trespassing Charges
Allman's latest arrest comes just days after he was arrested for trespassing. That incident occurred on the campus of an elite prep school in New Hampshire.
Following that incident, Allman was booked into Merrimack County Jail. He was reportedly charged with two counts of simple assault, one count each of criminal trespass, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct. The troubled 49-year-old was released without the need for bail. His arraignment date will be set in the future.
Allman's current troubles come just months after he was rushed to a medical facility in California.
"Law enforcement sources told us drugs were discovered inside the home, and while Elijah was transported to the hospital for treatment, an investigation into the incident remains ongoing," TMZ reported at the time.
Allman has previously struggled with substance abuse issues. However, the information surrounding his latest two arrests is limited. We will undoubtedly learn more in the coming weeks or months, as the investigations into his double arrest continues.
