If there is one thing about Eagles fans, they have a lot of passion. Whether they win or lose, these fans stand behind their team 100 percent. After last night's game, Eagles fans were jumping for joy as their team delivered an incredible win over the Commanders. However, some fans may have taken their celebrating a little too far as someone fired a gun in the middle of a crowd after the Eagles win.

Someone Fired A Gun In The Middle Of A Crowd After Eagles Win
This is yet another reason that I will only watch football from the comfort of my own home. Sometimes, fans take things way too far and the repercussions can be deadly. Eagles fans across the country were rejoicing yesterday after they dominated their game against the Commanders.
With a final score of 55 for the Eagles, vs. the 23 for the Commanders, it was no surprise that Eagles fans were excited. After all, after this Eagles win, the team is guaranteed a spot in this year's Super Bowl. However, a video of the celebrating has gone viral on social media after one fan took things too far. The video shows as someone fired a gun in the middle of the crowd after the game.
Festivities Turn Frantic As Someone Fires A Gun After Eagles Win
He points the gun upwards and shoots off three shots into the air, "pow, pow pow." Naturally, people begin screaming, and looking around for the source of the commotion. One of the men recording the video says, "I believe that was a gun." Moments later he confirms, "That was definitely a gun."
Honestly, all things considered all of the people in the video handled the gunshots much calmer than I would have. In fact, half of them seemed unfazed. His friend, proceeds to ignore the gunshots as he looks right into the camera and yells, "GO BIRDS!" Apparently he is more concerned about cheering on his team's victory than worrying about where those bullets might end up.
After all, what goes up must come down. It would not be the first time that someone was killed by a stray bullet that was meant to be celebratory.
The Investigation Continues
Police are currently investigating the incident. It is unclear if anyone was hurt by the gunshots. However, three people were hurt in a separate incident that evening. Around 9:30 pm after the Eagles win, three people were struck by a car near historic Center City while leaving the game.
The driver has been taken into custody, but it currently appears as if it was an accident. Something that happened during the mayhem of leaving the stadiums. Luckily, those who were injured suffered threatening injuries.
