If you're a Shania Twain fan, you've almost certainly heard of her track "Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?". If you don't, let's fill you in:
The song is pretty much Twain trying to figure out who her lover was cheating with. As the lyrics put it:
"Don't look so lonely / Don't act so blue / I know I'm not the only / Girl you run to / I know about Lolita / Your little Spanish flame / I've seen you 'round with Rita / The redhead down the lane."
And whilst Twain suggests it could be Lolita, or Rita, or anyone really, we never really got a proper answer.
But now, in a playful twist on the whole thing, Kane Brown has a definitive reply and answer: no one!
That's right—absolutely no one. Per People, Kane Brown managed to get Shania Twain back into the studio to make a sequel to the iconic song, "Boots".
"I think it's very well done in the sense that it's kind of like a call and response," Twain explained. "Lyrically, the intention was to make it playful and not offensive from the woman's point of view. And I think [Brown] doing it in the same spirit was the right thing."

Kane Brown Has Admired Shania Twain for Some Time
The collaboration came about because Brown has admired her for a long while. "I've been a fan of the Queen for the longest. My mom was a huge fan, and I was a massive fan growing up," he explained.
And the moment he heard the song, he wanted to get Twain's blessing to do it - "I said, 'You know what? I'm going to meet her again. She's going to say that we can do the song.' And then she one-upped me and said she was going to hop on the song with me."
So, what do the lyrics of "Boots" say about the whole debacle? Let's take a look:
"I know I come home a little late some nights / It's just a couple beers and poker with the guys / Baby, I could never / Find me someone better to love, oh no / Ain't nothin' to hide / Ain't runnin' around / It was hard not to laugh when you asked me just now."
