Originally built in 1822, the home has unique features like a Santa's Toy Workshop, Reindeer Stables, River Rock Fireplace and Sleigh Parking Garage. While Santa's house is not currently on the market and has never been sold, Zillow calculated the estimated value for Santa's home using comparable homes in remote locations. They also factored in a "Santa premium," similar to when a home is owned by a celebrity and the property value is therefore boosted.
