Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson is recovering after testing positive for COVID-19. On Monday, Oct. 26, the 23-year-old Robertson, who is pregnant with her first child with husband Christian Huff, shared a "life update" photo of her in a hospital bed. Robertson, who tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this month, said she's on the mend after being "very sick" and her baby is healthy.
"I know everyone experiences covid differently, but wow these symptoms are wild. I've definitely struggled through this one!" Robertson wrote on Instagram. "Thankfully baby Huff is doing great and healthy, and I am now healing as well. I'm no longer in the hospital (this pic was not from today) and I have just about fully recovered."
The Duck Dynasty alum said her faith helped her through the ordeal.
"I've learned a lot and I have been challenged in a lot of new ways. I will say my dependency on Jesus has never felt greater in some of the hardest moment of this sickness. I'm thankful I serve a savior who is with me in these moments that feel rather lonely. My heart and my families heart goes out to everyone suffering with Covid."
Robertson currently hosts the podcast WHOA That's Good, which features conversations with musicians, actors, authors and more.
Robertson married Christian Huff married in 2019. Earlier this month, she announced she's expecting a baby.
"SCREAMING WITH EXCITEMENT TO SHARE THIS NEWS!" Robertson wrote. "Baby we already adore you. What I've learned from you already - ❤️ God has still been creating. God is still believing in us. God is still bringing forth LIFE. Hope is still to come. ❤️ How we choose to live will affect your generation to come, so I want to live my life to the fullest and be loud for you."
