Rush Las Vegas Residency Announced for May 2027

Lee expressed his excitement about performing at the Sphere, revealing that the venue had caught his attention when it first opened.

"When I first heard of Sphere, I thought to myself, 'Wow, what a shame that Rush is no longer touring, because this venue sounds tailor made for the kind of visual attitude with which we have always designed our shows,'" he said.

"Normally we spend months designing the visual effects for our shows and this scenario seemed like the cherry on top of the ice cream for our design team."

The frontman described the residency as a "dream come true", explaining that the band is already developing new visual concepts specifically for the venue.

He also hinted at plans to perform their iconic 1976 album 2112 in full, alongside 1981's Moving Pictures and other fan favorites from their extensive catalog.

"We are so effin' excited to make use of this incredible opportunity to please our fans both visually and viscerally — from wherever they might fly in from. Gonna be so much fun!!," he concluded.

Rush Continue Reunion Tour With International Dates

Rush made their surprise return to the stage at the 2026 Juno Awards in March, performing with their new lineup.

The band subsequently launched a North American tour on June 7 at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.

Their tour schedule features multiple performances at several venues, with the current North American leg set to conclude in Vancouver, Canada, on December 17.

Rush also performed two concerts at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City on June 18 and 20, marking another stop on their reunion tour.

The band will continue their international comeback in 2027, with performances scheduled across South America, including Argentina, Chile and Brazil.

In Brazil alone, Rush have announced six concerts across Curitiba, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Brasilia.

Before heading to Las Vegas in May, the group will also embark on a European tour, with dates scheduled in France, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Italy, alongside several Nordic countries.
