Rory Feek described what happened on his Substack. "We thought we had lost her," he wrote, sharing photos of his daughter being airlifted and in the hospital.

Heidi accused her father of exploiting the emergency for attention by sharing the photos.

"Yesterday my father posted a Substack post where he detailed how she essentially almost died, according to him. And while I'm glad that she's doing better and that she's okay, according to him in that Substack post, I am upset that I found out on Instagram," she said in the July 12 video. "I am still upset because of the ongoing exploitation of my little sister on his monetized Substack account."

Rory Feek Called Out by Daughters

She accused Rory of sharing "vulnerable moments" about her sister, noting that Indiana can't give her consent for these photos. She also called out her father for including a link to his song "Thank You Lord" in the post.

"That's not a moment to be taking photos, that's not a moment to be blogging about, and it's not a moment to be self-promoting or promoting your organization performing your song," she said. "It all makes me absolutely sick to my stomach."

Meanwhile, Hopie Feek also called out Rory on social media as well.

"My beautiful 12 year old sister was being life flighted to Austin due to complications after her heart surgery...which somehow was the pristine time to stop and take photos!" she wrote on July 11. "I see Indy scared and hurt surrounded by strangers being photographed from afar by a parent. In moments like these I would never stop to think I need to take photos for my blog and for my fans!"

In another post,s he continued to criticize the singer.

"People can't fathom why we fight against the father who raised us... as hard as it is for me it's necessary," she wrote. "Y'all judge and ridicule us hatefully for sharing one man's walk-through fatherhood from our point of view."

Meanwhile, Rory Feek hasn't responded publicly to his daughters. The three have been estranged for some time.
