Danielle Uskiwich, 28, was allegedly kicked in the head by a crowd surfer during the band's set at 2026 Pointfest in St. Louis.
Uskiwich was admitted to hospital on May 19, four days after attending the festival, and sadly died from her injuries a week later.

Sleep Theory shared a statement on social media on June 1 following Uskiwich's death.
"We are deeply saddened to hear of Danielle Uskiwich's passing," the statement read.
"Our hearts go out to her friends, family, fiance and everyone else who was fortunate enough to know her. What happened is heartbreaking and we cannot imagine the pain her loved ones are feeling right now."
"Over the last few days we have been thinking about Danielle and those closest to her. Please join us in sending them all our love, thoughts and prayers during this extremely difficult time."
The band concluded the statement by saying, "Rest in peace, Danielle."
A GoFundMe page was launched after Uskiwich was hospitalized and has since surpassed its $40,000 fundraising goal.
Sleep Theory made the largest single donation, contributing $5,000 to the campaign.
Family Pays Tribute Following Danielle's Death
According to the fundraiser, Uskiwich sought medical attention after suffering from "severe headaches."
Doctors later discovered she had experienced a brain bleed and suffered two major strokes.
She was placed into a medically induced coma and underwent emergency surgery, during which doctors reportedly identified underlying blood clotting issues.
Her family announced that she died in the early hours of May 26.
"The amount of support, prayers, donations, messages, and love shown to Danielle and our family over these past days has been overwhelming in the most beautiful way," a GoFundMe update read.
"While our hearts are broken beyond words, it has brought comfort to know how deeply Danielle was loved by this community."
The fundraiser states that donations will help cover medical expenses and related costs. While also allowing the family to honor Danielle's memory without the added burden of financial stress.
