TMZ reports that the comedian's wife, Patricia, filed for divorce in Arizona last month. The couple was married for 15 years and has two daughters, 13-year-old Miranda Scarlett and 10-year-old Madeline Robbie.

Who Is Patricia Schneider?

The 37-year-old Patricia was born Patricia Azarcoya Arce in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. The bilingual actress and social media star met Schneider while working as a producer on a show in Mexico. The two married in 2011 in Beverly Hills.

The Schneider family appeared on the Netflix sitcom Real Rob. The show, which was loosely based on Rob's life, ran for two seasons.

Patricia also wrote, produced, and directed the film Daddy Daughter Trip. Filmed in the couple's home state of Arizona, the comedy also starred their daughter Miranda and Jackie Sandler, the wife of Rob's long-time friend Adam. The two also frequently appeared on each other's social media content.

"The only reason I'm still doing what I do is because of this lovely woman," Rob wrote on Instagram in 2022. "You make everything beautiful! Every day a joy. And make my life a life of love and happiness. I love you para siempre."

This Is the Third Divorce for Rob Schneider

Patricia was Rob's third marriage. His first marriage was to London King. The two share a daughter: pop singer Elle King.

The two have had a strained relationship over the years. As we reported in 2024, one of the reasons for their estrangement from each other has to do with his political views, specifically his stance against the LGBTQ+ community.

"I disagree with a lot of the things that he says," said Elle. "You're talking out of your ass and you're talking s**t about drag and, you know, anti-gay rights. And it's like, get f****d."

Rob went on conservative pundit Tucker Carlson's podcast. During the interview, he tried to mend fences with Elle.

I want to just tell my daughter, Elle, I love you, and I wish I was the father in my 20s that you needed, and clearly I wasn't," Schneider said. "And I hope you can forgive me for my shortcomings. I love you completely... I just want you to be well and happy with you and your beautiful baby, Lucky."
