Riley Keough Opens Graceland to TV Viewers With New 'Christmas at Graceland' Holiday Special

"....viewers will be invited to experience firsthand the magic that is Christmas at Graceland."

Elvis Presley fans can celebrate Christmas — the King of Rock and Roll's favorite holiday — with a new holiday special filmed at Graceland and airing on NBC. Christmas at Graceland will air on Wednesday, Nov. 29, at 10PM ET on NBC and Peacock. The holiday special — the first of which to take place at Presley's famed estate — will celebrate Presley's music with various performers, who will be announced at a later date. Presley's granddaughter and Graceland's sole owner, Riley Keough, will executive produce the special.

"My family and I are elated to open the doors to Graceland in this first-of-its-kind special," Keough says in a press release. "With intimate musical performances drawing inspiration from my grandfather Elvis's cherished Christmases in Memphis, viewers will be invited to experience firsthand the magic that is Christmas at Graceland."

"To celebrate the holidays at Graceland, and be a part of the King's legacy, is both an honor and absolute dream come true," adds Jen Neal, Executive Vice President, Live Events and Specials, NBCUniversal Media Group. "We thank Riley and her family for allowing all of us to visit her grandfather's iconic home and share an intimate musical experience that Elvis would've truly loved."

Christmas at Graceland is also produced by Done + Dusted, Authentic Studios and Felix Culpa. Executive producers from Done + Dusted include Raj Kapoor, Katy Mullan and Ian Stewart. Authentic Studios executive producers include Colin Smeeton, Matthew Gross and Marc Rosen. Keough and Gina Gammell will executive producer under Felix Culpa, and Graceland's Joel Weinshanker also serves as executive producer. Done + Dusted's Patrick Menton will co-executive produce.

Christmas at Graceland will air immediately after Christmas in Rockefeller Center, an annual event during which the Christmas tree at Rockefeller center is officially lit.

Presley's love for the Christmas season is well-documented by his holiday discography, which includes his original holiday hit, "Blue Christmas."
