Reba McEntire has quietly sold her enormous Beverly Hills mansion.
In an off-the-market deal, the property sold for around $22.5 million. Though it seems like a big chunk of change, it's actually a great deal for a home that features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms on a scenic 1.8 acre lot. According to Variety, the California estate was built in 1993 and features many awesome amenities like a built-in wet bar and billiards room. There's also a second 2,000-square-foot building on the property which has its own living and dining area, including a full bar and indoor barbecue grill.
McEntire and her husband, Narvel Blackstock, still own a large compound near Gallatin, Tenn., about 30 miles outside of Nashville. The home is located on the Cumberland River and is a huge 80-acre compound, housing an 11,000-square-foot home, complete with an hourglass-shaped pool. The land also sports an extensive equestrian setup allowing McEntire and her family to ride and care for their horses. Even though her California mansion looks and sounds beautiful, it isn't surprising she's choosing to call Tennessee her one true home.
Reba is currently busy promoting her 27th studio album, Love Somebody, which is available in store and online now.
