During a Nashville, Tenn. stop on her Meaning of Life Tour, Kelly Clarkson collaborated with her longtime hero: country legend Reba McEntire.

The collaboration took place during Clarkson's regular segment called A Minute and a Glass of Wine, which is live streamed to Facebook.

Before bringing out the country queen, Clarkson told the crowd how excited she was to sing with her special guest. And she was pretty sure the crowd knew exactly who she was talking about.

"I've been waiting for weeks to do this...I asked this person because this person has been such an influence — not just musically, but personally," Clarkson said. "It's just a really rare thing to meet your hero and they live up to it, you know? I think everybody knows what's about to happen. I'm very excited. We put this together because I'm a true fan. So I'm making this person sing way more songs than they probably thought they would have to."

Clarkson and McEntire sang a medley of hits, including "Because of You," "Can't Even Get the Blues," "Fancy," "Is There Life Out There" and McEntire's new single "Freedom."
