A reality star's 15-year-old son was arrested on felony charges. Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak's son Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr. is facing serious charges. Police arrested him on Monday for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.

According to Page Six, the alleged incident happened at a fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia. A classmate accused the reality star's son of assaulting her at a co-ed sauna at the Life Time fitness center.
She accused him of assaulting her after she denied his advances. The son of the reality star and retired NFL player Kroy Biermann, the teen is facing serious charges. The outlet reported that there is no evidence that the teen scanned into the gym that day.

But security camera footage captured him at the location, according to investigators. Meanwhile, his alleged victim went to the hospital to have a medical examination performed. The reality star's son's attorney Jason Sheffield spoke outa bout the charges.
He alleges that his client is innocent. The lawyer claims that Biermann passed a polygraph test related to the incident. He also claims that his client is the victim of false allegations. The attorney alleges that there was no DNA evidence to support the assault.
The attorney also accused the alleged victim of making prior false allegations of a similar nature.
"He is not only presumed innocent, but is, in fact, innocent," Sheffield said. Meanwhile, the reality star released a statement about the charges as well. She called the allegations "reckless" and "deeply troubling."
The reality star also maintains the innocence of her son.
"We remain confident that the facts and evidence will establish the truth, and we ask that people allow the proper process to take its course rather than spreading unproven allegations," Zolciak said.
Given the nature of the charges, the court is holding Biermann without bond. However, a hearing is scheduled for September 1.
