"It's with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beautiful sister, Dolly," Lindsey's post began. "Dolly had the brightest personality; she could light up any room with her laughter, her kindness, and her loving spirit. She had a way of making everyone feel special, and her warmth will stay with us forever."
Lindsey's statement then continued by noting that she will find peace that Dolly is now with their late father.
"While our hearts are broken here, I find comfort in knowing she is now reunited with our dad in heaven," the post continued. "I can only imagine the joy of that reunion. Rest peacefully, Dolly. You will always be loved, always be missed, and never forgotten."
Dolly appeared on season 10 of the reality show. At the start of her time on the show, she weighed 593 pounds, struggled to breathe without an oxygen tank and struggled to complete daily tasks. Unfortunately, despite moving from Fort Worth to Houston in the hope of weight loss surgery, doctors did not approve her for the procedure during her time on the show.
