Chrisley Knows Best alum Lindsie Chrisley has been arrested in Georgia. As reported by Page Six, she is facing a laundry list of charges.
Cherokee County officers were called to a scene before 2am on Sunday, May 24. But, there is a dispute over what actually happened.
The arresting officers slammed her with five charges. These are, driving under the influence, attempting to elude, reckless driving, improper lane change, and speeding. However, Chrisley has vowed to fight the charges.
That's because she says these charges don't reflect what happened - and that she was trying to avoid a dangerous accident.
In a statement to TMZ, she explained, "I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was."
While she was arrested and booked at the county jail, by 4:30am, she had posted her bail. The outlet reported that the bail was around $6,000.

This Comes After Lindsie Chrisley's Ex Was Arrested
This arrest comes hot on the heels on the arrest of her ex, David Landsman. As reported by TMZ, he was arrested back in April in Woodstock, Georgia.
He ended up being booked for alleged aggravated assault-strangulation, per the outlet. But things are messy, as both sides are claiming that the other attacked them.
According to sources at the time, David was the one to call the police. Apparently, Lindsie Chrisley had started to confront him about a lie, when all hell broke loose.
In the 911 call obtained by the outlet, Landsman told the dispatcher that Lindsie had beaten him, before fleeing in her Lexus. He then went on to ask for police to show up to "document" his wounds.
But, Lindsie has a different version of events. She said that Landsman had choked and strangled her. She says she hit him in his head to get him to stop.
Following the incident, they both have agreed to a mutual no contact order. In practical terms, that means they have to stay at least 500 yards away from each other.
But not just themselves - it also includes their homes and workplaces. The order lasts up until May 2027.
