It follows reports that the 43-year-old reality star is now facing criminal charges.

Lisa's post, structured as a list under the title "Strategic Timing," appears to address claims of a smear campaign, possibly linked to her recent legal situation.
The list breaks down like this:

- He times it for maximum destruction - before a court date, a career milestone, a custody hearing.
- The goal is to cause the most damage at the most vulnerable moment.
No additional comment accompanied the post. When Page Six reached out to Lisa and her ex-husband for comment, they did not immediately respond.
This Comes After the Ex-Boyfriend of Lisa Hochstein Was Arrested
According to a recent Page Six report, both Lisa and her ex-boyfriend, Joey Glidden, were charged with one count each of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications.
Glidden was taken into custody last month.
Court documents show that Hochstein and Glidden "unlawfully and intentionally" seized, tried to seize, or tried to have someone else seize "oral statements by Lisa's ex-husband, Leonard 'Lenny' Hochstein, and those Lenny spoke with."
The incident allegedly occurred between March 12 and March 31, 2023.
Lisa was married to Lenny from 2009 to 2022. They share a son, Logan, and a daughter, Elle.
Although Lisa and Lenny finalized their divorce in November 2024, the process was contentious. Matters escalated when Lenny accused Lisa of monitoring his calls with a listening device in his vehicle during March 2023.
The accusation coincided with the public revelation of Lisa's relationship with Glidden. Lisa denied the allegation, calling it "nonsense."
Lenny and Lisa traded accusations of infidelity and abuse. Lenny then filed a defamation lawsuit against Lisa in December 2023.
Following these events, Lenny moved on from his relationship with Katharina Mazepa to model Alena Kovalenko. Meanwhile, according to another cryptic Instagram post in February, Lisa and Glidden have since broken up.
She wrote, "The past few months of my life have been hectic, so many changes and moving pieces."
