Brandi Glanville is sadly mourning the loss of her father. Guy Glanville passed away at the age of 77, just months after Brandi had updated her fans that he'd been hospitalized in the cardiac unit. The former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star made the announcement with a heartbreaking post on social media.
"My dad died. I'm gutted. I hate this life right now," she posted on X.
Guy's previous hospital stay ultimately lasted 13 days. Brandi had taken to social media at the time, asking her fans to pray for his recovery. Currently, no information as to Guy's cause of death has been made public. Furthermore, it's not clear what led to his previous hospitalization.
Like most parents and their children, Brandi and Guy didn't always see eye-to-eye. They were very open about their sometimes contentious relationship when they appeared on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Edition in 2018.
"She previously said they had fallen out again after the show aired, despite having left filming on good terms," TMZ reports. "Their relationship eventually improved, and Guy publicly stood by his daughter during her feud with fellow reality star Denise Richards."
