It's been a few weeks since we've heard any updates from 90 Day Fiancé stars Kenneth Niedermier and Armando Rubio about the latter's daughter, Hannah.

Back in late July, Niedermier wrote that Hannah's symptoms from a brain bleed had worsened.
"The doctors have been running tests and scans and will know more soon. Hannah is in good spirits. We know so many of you care about Hannah and her progress and you deserve an update," he added.
Rubio shared another update on Hannah over the weekend. We have the details below.
The "90 Day Fiancé" Stars Still Don't Have a Diagnosis
In an Instagram post on Saturday, Aug. 29, Rubio said he was filled with gratitude.
"We are headed back to Mexico," he wrote. "When Hannah's medical emergency happened, we dropped everything and left home without knowing what the next day would bring. We are now returning weeks later to settle everything we left behind and, most importantly, to take a breath and see what the future holds."
Hannah is doing well, but Rubio says they still don't have all the answers about what caused her illness.
"She's back to her old self, however, with some restrictions," he added. "She still does not have a diagnosis as to her brain bleed, and the road ahead is still filled with tons of questions. The next few months will bring many doctors' appointments, tests, and decisions as we try to understand what is happening and figure out what the future looks like for her."
Still, the 90 Day Fiancé star believes he is too blessed to be stressed.
"Grateful that Hannah is here," he wrote. "Grateful for every prayer."
He added, "And to Arizona and the USA, thank you for allowing me entry to be at my daughter's side, for giving us a place to be together when we needed it most."
Another Reality Star Is Going Through a Health Crisis
We reported yesterday that another 90 Day Fiancé couple is dealing with a serious health condition.
Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh shared that Slatten's amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) has taken away her ability to speak.
Singh mentioned Niedermier and Rubio in his message. As mentioned above, Rubio was granted a humanitarian visa to see Hannah. Singh, who lives in India with Slatten, is waiting for his visa to be approved so they can both come to the United States for treatment. He asked fans for help in finding a solution, such as "a lawyer or... a specialist in immigration or something."
He said, "If [our relationship and medical plans] are not enough for the embassy in order for me to get a visa, I don't know whatever situation or condition I will ever be approved."
