Reality Star Opens up About Painful ‘Special Forces’ Injury

The reality star said that she had some pretty painful injuries from the 'Special Forces' fall. "It was immediate pain, horrible pain".

Brandi Glanville has opened up about her pretty painful injury, which happened on the set of Special Forces.

In case you missed it, she was the first to be ejected from the show after, as part of an exercise, she injured herself diving out of a helicopter into a river.

We reported on it when it happened—after she swam to the riverbank, she grimaced, "It's my sternum—I can't. My sternum is, like, f****** cracked." Of course, the staff, being Special Forces themselves, were pretty unfeeling about the whole thing.

As she exited the show, she could be seen crying. She said, "I told my kids I wouldn't be the first one to leave."

And now, she's opened up about the painful injury that she endured on set. As reported by People, her injuries were pretty extensive.

The 'Special Forces' Fall Caused Her Breast Implant To Become Dislodged

She recalls "immediately... hit[ting] my head so hard". "Then, all of a sudden, my body slammed into the water. When that happened, it was immediate pain—horrible pain."

"I could only move one of my arms out my whole body," she recalled. "I was trying to swim, and it was a nightmare." The whole thing caused her left breast implant to get lodged "under my left armpit."

"They [the implants] were only three months old, but the doctors cleared me and I told them what I might be doing because I've watched the show before," she continued. "He was like, 'No, you're good.' But I don't think anyone expected me to slam into the water like that."

"I was like, 'They should probably not let girls do the show that have implants.' But then I thought, 'Well, then no one's going to do the show. We'd be screwed."

But that wasn't the only injury she incurred from the Special Forces fail. She also received a perforated eardrum, a concussion, a cracked rib, and a bruised sternum. Pretty painful stuff!

"So yeah, I had to go," she explained. "I was happy about it at that point because my head was literally spinning."
