"The restraining order will remain in effect until Oct. 1, 2028," Page Six reports. "During that period, Robinson has been instructed not to contact Sandoval directly or indirectly — including phone, mail, email or any other electronic communication."

As part of the restraining order, Robinson must be at least 100 feet away from Sandoval at all times. She must also move out of Sandoval's Los Angeles home immediately. Another caveat is that if Sandoval and Robinson attend the same event, she must leave, regardless of whether she arrived first.

The restraining order follows an alleged attack by Robinson, following a night out drinking.

"I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge. I bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night," Sandoval alleged in his request for the restraining order.

Furthermore, Sandoval has claimed that following the alleged attack, he experienced pain for days afterward. He claims to have sought medical treatment for the pain.

Tom Sandoval Had Victoria Lee Robinson Arrested Following the Alleged Attack

Following the alleged attack by Robinson, she was arrested on June 3. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Sandoval noted that she struck him so hard that his vision went blurry.

"The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated," the court filing noted Sandoval claiming.

According to the Vanderpump Rules star, Robinson had been physically abusive to him during their relationship.

"I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being. And I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle, and belongings," he said in the court filing at the time. "I am requesting an immediate move-out order. Because I genuinely fear returning to the [residence] while [Robinson] and her father remain there."

Now that the restraining order has been granted, Sandoval will likely look to move forward with his life.
