Katie Walker, a former producer on Married At First Sight Australia, is reportedly missing in Australia. According to PEOPLE, authorities in Sydney have been asking for assistance in locating Katie. She hasn't been seen or contacted since May 22.

"When she was unable to be located, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts," a statement from the NSW Police said. "Following inquiries, police believe Katie's last known movements were at Bondi Beach about 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, May 23."
It's been noted that Katie has a small black butterfly tattoo on her right hand. Small discernible details such as that can play a key role in locating and/or identifying a missing person. She's described as being five-foot-two inches tall, with brown eyes and long brown hair.
Katie is believed to regularly visit Eastern Sydney's suburbs. As such, people within those local areas have been asked to keep an eye open. After all, it's been weeks since anyone had contact with Katie. Therefore, the concern over her welfare is both justified and understandable.
Currently, no further details regarding Katie's disappearance have been released. Police are likely working to establish her last known whereabouts and movements in the days leading up to May 22.
'Married at First Sight' Is Going Through Some Problems
Married at First Sight ran into some legal problems in May 2026. The show was pulled off Channel 4, its UK provider, after some "very serious" allegations of sexual assault from previous participants, per HELLO!.
"In April, Channel 4 was presented with serious allegations of wrongdoing against a small number of past contributors, allegations that we understand those contributors have denied," the UK broadcaster wrote in a statement. "The channel is mindful of the privacy and continuing duty of care towards all contributors, and cannot comment on or disclose details of those allegations."
While the allegations related to the UK version of the reality show, the overall Married at First Sight brand undoubtedly took a hit. The show is facing mounting issues. That's especially true when factoring in Katie's disappearance.
Of course, none of that will matter until Katie is found safe and well. Until then, hopefully people will be vigilant in trying to locate her.
