AI is positively everywhere these days. No matter where you go or what you do, it's like you turn the corner and just something AI is staring you in the face. Whether it's social media, AI art on posters, AI advertisements... the list goes on. And it's getting scarily believable, too.
To the point that celebrities are falling for it. That's because, according to E! News, Kathy Hilton of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills opened up about a pretty embarrassing time of her life during the reunion, which happened as part of the show's landmark 15th season.
The Real Housewives star revealed that the diet was completely AI generated. As she revealed to her co-stars, "I went on the Jell-O diet... There's a new Jell-O diet that Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, Kelly Clarkson did - with vinegar and baking soda." But, of course, none of them endorsed it - they were all AI-generated!
That really does not sound tasty at all. In fact, it sounds like a recipe for acid reflux and a lot of stomach trouble. As with a lot of fad diets, however, she reported that at first it looked like it was doing her some good.
She explained that she originally managed to drop a jaw-dropping 67lbs. But, it had pretty bad repercussions for her. She explained that "it has messed up my whole entire system", and that she "was so bloated [I] couldn't fit into anything."

Social Media Exploded With Discussions About AI Because of the 'Real Housewives' Star
Kathy Hilton eventually realised it was AI, and said that she had been lied to.
The whole thing even lead to the real Oprah making a statement to the press. She wrote, "Unless something is posted on my official Instagram, it's not something I'm involved in."
The whole thing caused a lot of ruckus on social media, with Real Housewives fans commenting on the scary nature of AI now it's become so commonplace.
One commentor explained that her mom had fallen for a similar thing. "My mom fell for the same AI crap for a pink Himalayan salt diet. AI Oprah and AI Kelly Clarkson endorsing it. I had to superimpose a homeless man in her living room using AI to show her what AI can do." Crazy stuff, right?
Either way, we hope that Kathy Hilton feels better now she's off that insane diet.
