On the latest episode of the Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast, the reality TV personality revealed the procedure would go down today (Oct. 23).
"Dr. Carlo Henrado is taking my face off on Friday and going to do an exploratory surgery to kind of do a power wash under my skin," the 53-year-old gleefully told her co-host, James Maas.
Glanville, who's had ongoing issues with facial disfigurement, explained that the plastic surgeon noticed two distinct spots under her skin. The doctor speculates they may be "fungal balls or something alive."
In a moment of body horror, she added, "I think it's alive, personally, because it moves when it wants."
Meanwhile, Dr. Henrado even struck a deal for the facial surgery. The former Real Housewives star said the doctor offered to do the procedure for just $5,000 and anything insurance would cover.
"But I'm OK with that. He's like, 'If I can cut the head off the beast, the snake, then the other stuff we'll be able to get,'" she reasoned.
'Real Housewives' Alum Details Intense-Sounding Facial Surgery
Glanville, who claims she's never had any facial surgery, admitted she was a little shaky going into the procedure.
"He's, like, literally going in there with a power washer, basically, and knives and all this s—. And then he's spinning my blood and doing this platelet thing on the inside of my face," Glanville detailed.
"We might not want my blood at this point," she quipped.
However, the doctor reassured her that the facial surgery wasn't as wild as it sounds.
"He said it's a little more than a facelift," she told Maas.
"So you are getting a facelift?" Maas shot back.
She then detailed the follow-up procedures, telling her co-host the doctor "has to take out all the fungal balls, let it rest, let it get better, and then he said he would go back and tighten it on the scars if you need it. I'm like, 'I'm going to need it.' "
Fans on YouTube took to the comments section to wish Glanville well before going under the knife.
"Brandi, you look amazing! I'm praying for you for your surgery tomorrow," one onlooker wrote. "Good luck with your surgery !! Let us know how it goes," another fan added.
Here's hoping this next procedure sets Glanville up to end her ordeal and she's as glam as ever ASAP.
