Rapper NBA Ben10 is reportedly in critical condition after being shot in Houston, Texas.

The artist, whose real name is Ben Anthony Fields, is said to have been "shot multiple times" following an altercation that escalated into gunfire.
The incident took place on Wednesday, April 8, with Fields believed to be one of two victims involved. Authorities have described the altercation as a chain-snatching situation.
NBA Ben10 is affiliated with NBA YoungBoy and the "Never Broke Again" collective.
Rapper Shot in Robbery Leaves Two in Critical Condition
According to KPRC 2, the shooting unfolded inside Confessions restaurant. The confrontation quickly turned violent.
Police confirmed that both victims remain in critical condition. Though their identities have not been officially released as the investigation continues.
"Right now, this is a shooting, we got two victims," Houston's Lieutenant R. Wilkens said, via Complex. "One's been shot multiple times in the torso — probably in his late twenties. Another one's been shot in the extremities, in the lower extremities, and also all throughout his arms and everything, several times — he's probably in his mid-twenties.
"They're both transported to local hospitals right now, and they're both in very critical conditions."
Wilkens added that the shooting stemmed from a chain-snatching incident.
He noted that it remains unclear whether the suspects and victims knew each other, though investigators have not ruled out that possibility.
Confusion Surrounds the Incident as Rumors Spread
Authorities also said it is not yet clear whether the victims were attempting to take the chains themselves, adding another layer of uncertainty to the case.
In the immediate aftermath, rumors began circulating online claiming that NBA Ben10 had died.
Those reports were later addressed by OG Monique, believed to be the mother of rapper OG 3three, who stated that Fields is still alive.
"Ten is alert... Stop the made-up stories," she wrote.
Wilkens further explained that "several" individuals were involved in a fistfight before the situation escalated.
"Sometime during that part of the fight, the victim, who originally looked like he was being majorly assaulted by several people and getting his chains ripped off, he presents a pistol," he said.
"We don't know where he got it from, but he got it — must have had it in his pants the whole time. But he got it out and started shooting randomly. Ends up hitting two people."
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. Authorities are continuing to investigate.
