Pregnant Mom Dies After Jumping From Car To Escape Captor
Authorities shared that Glynis Jackson was abducted by her ex-boyfriend, Joshua Demarshall Andrews. PEOPLE Magazine shares that Andrews kidnapped Jackson "from a Nissan plant in Canton, Mississippi." After kidnapping her, he shot the mother of three multiple times. After this heinous act, the frightened woman tried to escape.
In order to escape, the pregnant woman jumped from the moving vehicle. Unfortunately, the pregnant mom died after jumping from the vehicle, when she was struck by another vehicle. After the unfortunate incident, Andrews was taken into custody. PEOPLE shares that he has been charged with "capital murder and possessing a firearm as a felon." Additionally, he faces " a first-degree murder charge." That final charge was in relation to his unborn child which also died when Jackson was seen jumping from the car.
Sheriff Randy Tucker shared a
Facebook post giving insight into the case and his thoughts on it. After sharing details on the assailant and the victim, the sheriff had this to say. "This is a heinous crime that shocks the conscience of society and Andrews will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law," he said in his statement.The Internet Reacts
Although it is currently unclear if the driver of the vehicle that struck Andrews is facing charges, it is clear that Jackson is facing charges. In fact, he is facing several of them and the public has no qualms with it. The majority of people are disgusted by his actions and thinks he deserves all current charges placed against him.
